Heathrow is London's major international airport with a worldwide network of services arriving and departing from five terminals. There is a wide choice of hotels on or near the airport and good rail connections into central London
Gatwick is around 30 miles south of London with good train services into the city from its own station. Gatwick is more about leisure than business travel, with several short-haul budget airlines, as well as the long-haul flights. There is a good choice of hotels to suit various budgets, both on- and off-airport.

The station is next door to Kings Cross, offering easy connections between Eurostar and trains to/from the north of Britain and there are a number of hotels nearby
Kings Cross is the London terminus for the East Coast main line, serving York, Leeds, Newcastle and Edinburgh, as well as more local services to Cambridge and other parts of East Anglia. It is well served by local hotels and has underground train connections to most areas of London
Euston Station offers ervices to and from the Midlands and North West England, including Birmingham, Manchester and Liverpool. It is just north of Bloomsbury and close to Regents Park, with a number of hotels to choose from
As well as arrivals from Bristol, The West Country and South Wales, Bristol is also the London terminus for the Heathrow Express. The station is just north of Hyde Park and close to the hotels and restaurants of Bayswater or Edgware Road
Stansted, despite being some 40 miles from London, is its third busiest airport, with particularly good European connections. There is a frequent train service to/from Liverpool Street Station in the City of London with good underground connections to other areas. There is a good choice of hotels at or close to Stansted Airport
Victoria is the main London terminal for coach services from all parts of the UK as well as the Gatwick Express train service from London's second airport. There are many hotels and guest houses in the area, which is also convenient for sightseeing and shopping in central London
London City Airport is a short-haul airport in the London Docklands, close to the financial district around Canary Wharf, the Excel Exhibition Centre and the O2 Arena, across the river
